How to Order

1. Check to make sure your DVD player is not Incompatible with DVD-/+R Discs. (Older pre-2000 Model Players- before DVD technology standardization)

2. Print and Fill out:

The Order Form to select a Conversion package.

3. Attach the Order Form to your Originals* (where applicable).
